* Packages can be made to order. Other services, not contained within the retainer package, including witness preparation, evidence evaluation, structuring of opening statement, and shadowing of the jury shall be available at a discounted price, from $250.00 per hour to $200.00 per hour. In-depth Focus Groups shall be at a discounted flat rate, from $12,000.00 including report, to $9,000.00 including report. All associated costs and/or expenses are excluded.

* These services are non-cumulative month to month if monthly retainer.

* Applicable to cases within the State of Florida only.

* Not Applicable to cases where Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. or Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, P.A. are the opposing counsel of record.
